Our recruitment process has been carefully designed to ensure you can demonstrate your skills effectively as well as meet as many members of the team as possible. We have a seamless onboarding process to get you up to speed as quickly as possible. A lot of thought and preparation goes into making sure you feel welcome right from the start.
Cultural alignment is as important as technical capability and we need to make sure that you’re right for the team and the company. Our cultural interview is conducted by two people from the wider business.
If we are both aligned after the initial chat, we will set up technical interviews to assess your technical knowledge and capability.
